St Paul's Cathedral

St. Paul's Cathedral is an Anglican cathedral and the administrative centre of the Diocese of Brechin. Located in Dundee, this Category A listed building was designed by George Gilbert Scott and completed in 1855.

The cathedral is a stately example of Middle or Decorated Gothic architecture. Founded by Bishop Alexander Penrose Forbes, it was built to offer a place of refuge for the local community and was dedicated in 1865.

Visitors can admire the historic craftsmanship of this sacred site, which features a prominent tower. This tower houses a set of eight bells cast in London for change ringing, including a massive tenor bell weighing over 1,000kg.
