Ayr United FC (Somerset Park)

Ayr United Football Club, known as "The Honest Men," is a historic Scottish club based at Somerset Park. Formed in 1910 through a unique merger of two existing league teams, they currently compete in the Scottish Championship.

The club is famous for its rich history, having spent 34 seasons in Scotland's top division and winning the second-tier title six times. Its most celebrated manager, Ally MacLeod, later led the Scotland national team. Visitors can admire Somerset Park’s traditional architecture, including an original stand designed by Archibald Leitch.

Inside this 10,185-capacity venue, fans can enjoy a classic matchday atmosphere. You will see the team compete in their iconic black and white colours, a palette inspired by the club’s original kits, while taking in a stadium design that remains one of the few surviving traditional grounds in the country.
