Stirling Gin
14 minute walk from Stirling station · Stirling, Central and Fife

Stirling Distillery is a gin and single malt whisky distillery located at the foot of Stirling Castle. Founded in 2015, the business operates within a former blacksmith's building, which was restored from a derelict state to open to the public in 2019.
This award-winning visitor attraction produced the first whisky distilled in Stirling since 1852. Their spirits are rich in local history, featuring gins named after the Battle of Stirling Bridge and a ghost said to haunt the castle. The flagship Stirling Gin is uniquely crafted using locally foraged nettles.
Visitors can explore the historic site and see the original 2.4-litre miniature still used for the very first test distillations. You can enjoy a range of spirits, from "Best Scottish New Make Spirit" to creative limited editions featuring gold flakes, yuzu, or makrut lime.
