Little Dunkeld Church
10 minute walk from Dunkeld & Birnam station · Stirling, Central and Fife · Free entry

Little Dunkeld is a parish located on the south bank of the River Tay, positioned directly opposite the town of Dunkeld. This historic area is connected to its neighbour by a notable stone bridge designed by Thomas Telford.
The site is significant for its long ecclesiastical history and connection to Scottish heritage. It was the original home of a well-preserved bronze "Celtic" hand bell, a relic from an early monastery. Visitors today can see a replica of this ancient artifact in the nearby cathedral museum.
Each year, the area comes alive as the setting for the Birnam Highland games. Visitors can enjoy these traditional games held across the bridge in the heart of the parish.
