Eden Mill

Eden Mill St Andrews is an independent distillery located on a 38-acre site known as the Eden Campus in Guardbridge. Situated on the banks of the Eden Estuary, the site is owned by the University of St Andrews and has been home to distilling operations since 2012.
The location is steeped in history, having hosted a Haig family whisky distillery for most of the 19th century before serving as a paper mill. In 2014, it became Scotland’s first combined distillery and brewery. While beer production has since ceased, the site remains a significant hub for spirit production.
Visitors can discover a site currently undergoing expansion, with a new distillery building designed to produce over one million litres of spirit annually. You can explore a brand that continues to distill and sell both gin and Scotch whisky, building on the area's long-standing heritage of craft production.
