Lochore Meadows Country Park, often called “the Meedies,” is a large and welcoming green space. At its heart is a loch, popular for sailing, kayaking, paddleboarding, and fishing. Around it stretch miles of paths perfect for walking, cycling, and running, with routes for all abilities. The park also includes woodlands, meadows, and play areas, making it a favourite spot for families and nature lovers. Wildlife is abundant, especially birds around the water and wetlands. Close to the loch are the ruins of Lochore Castle. There's also a café and visitor centre.
