Kilmaveonaig, St Adamnan’s is a small religious building that stands on a hillside above Bridge of Tilt. The name of the site derives from the Gaelic for the Cell of St Eonan, to whom the church is dedicated. As the oldest church building within its specific Linked Charge, it remains an active place of worship under Highland Charges.
Visitors to the church can attend Sunday services or participate in All Age Communion. The building is open for members of the public to visit and explore the interior. St Adamnan, who is also known locally as St Eonan, is the central figure associated with the history and dedication of this hillside church.
